These Purchase and Sale Rules establish the general terms and conditions for using the online store retro-beat.com.

The customer, when purchasing goods from the online store retro-beat.com, must confirm that they agree to these Rules.

Buyers – Individuals who, according to applicable laws, are capable of entering into transactions and purchasing goods for personal use, as well as legal entities.

Purchase and Sale Agreement – A contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order for goods and makes payment for the goods or agrees to pay via courier.

Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer must provide accurate data necessary for the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement. The Buyer is responsible for actions taken using this online store.

Seller’s Obligations

The Seller must provide the Buyer with appropriate conditions for using the services of the online store retro-beat.com. The Seller must deliver the goods to the Buyer’s specified address after receiving payment and dispatch goods on time (within the specified period). The Seller must terminate the agreement if the Buyer decides to cancel the purchase and sale agreement with the Seller, notifying the Seller in writing within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Seller’s Rights

The Seller may, at their discretion, organize various promotions in the online store, change their terms, or cancel them. The Seller is released from any liability in cases where losses arise due to the Buyer’s failure to familiarize themselves with the Rules, but the Buyer is provided with such an opportunity. The Seller may limit or suspend access to the online store without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to harm the operation or stability of the online store.

The Seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely suspend the operation of the online store without warning and other rights provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The website www.retro-beat.com contains links to other websites. The Seller is not responsible for their content.

Ordering Goods

In the store retro-beat.com, you can order goods at any time and any day of the week. Prices in the store are indicated in EUR, including VAT. The color of the goods may slightly differ due to the Buyer’s monitor. The main product photos are usually not original, but all goods have their original photos taken by the Seller, which are included in the product description. To order goods in the online store retro-beat.com, the Buyer must provide the necessary data for the order: name, surname, address and postal code, email address, phone number, and additional information if required for the delivery of goods. All information related to personal data registered in the store retro-beat.com is subject to the Seller’s personal data protection policy, complying with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. In case of uncertainties, the Seller has the right to contact the Buyer by email or phone. If the Seller cannot contact the Buyer using the provided contacts, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase and sale agreement. During the order, the Seller must provide the Buyer with the shipping cost. The delivery cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the order and the chosen courier. The Buyer can contact the Seller by filling out the contact form.

Payment

Our store has an SSL certificate installed, so shopping with us is safe. We offer the following payment options:

  • Payment via electronic banking. Payment is credited immediately.
  • Prepayment by bank transfer. Log in to your online banking and enter the payment details.
  • Payment via PayPal. The most convenient international transfer.

Goods Delivery

The Seller dispatches goods according to the shipping terms specified in the product descriptions. The Seller is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods due to Force Majeure, as defined by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g., war, pandemic, natural disasters). The Seller must immediately inform the Buyer by email about these circumstances. The Seller is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods due to the courier’s fault.

Goods Collection

The Buyer must accept the goods themselves. The goods are delivered by a courier, or the Buyer collects them at the parcel terminal or post office. The Buyer selects the collection point when ordering the goods. If the Buyer receives a package that is torn or damaged, contains different items, or does not match their quantity or completeness, they must immediately inform the Seller. If the Buyer notices damage to the package during delivery, they must describe it in the courier’s service receipt in the presence of the courier. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller by completing this form.

Goods Return

If used, unsealed music records are being sold, according to EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights, the Seller is not obligated to accept returns unless stated otherwise in the store’s policy. Used, unsealed music records are returned ONLY if the product does not match the quality description.

To return a quality product, fill out the product return form. We will then contact you by phone or email. Money is refunded only for the goods; additional service charges will not be compensated. The Buyer can return a quality product within 14 days of receiving the goods. To return quality goods, the Buyer must adhere to these conditions (otherwise, the Seller is not obliged to refund for the goods):

  • The Buyer must notify (by completing this form) about the return of a quality product within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
  • The returned goods must be in the original undamaged packaging.
  • The goods must not have lost their appearance (protective films are not torn, etc.).
  • The goods must be unused and undamaged.
  • The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days after we confirm the return of the goods.
  • When returning the goods, the Buyer must ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
  • The Buyer must provide proof of purchase. Changes to the package necessary to inspect the goods are not considered damage to the goods.

If the return of goods meets all these conditions, the money will be transferred to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. The Seller is not obliged to refund for the goods if the Buyer does not comply with the conditions for returning the goods. If you have purchased a product of inadequate quality, you have the right to return it or exchange it for another product of the same suitable quality. The Seller is responsible for defects in the goods that may arise within two years (this applies to goods covered by warranty under the law, e.g., electronic goods). Returned goods must be delivered to the address specified by the Seller. If the Seller does not have such goods, they must refund the money within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods. In this case, all shipping costs are covered by the Seller. The Buyer must notify (by completing this form) about the return of the defective product within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. When returning a defective product, the Seller compensates for delivery and return costs; when returning a quality product, the Seller does not compensate for delivery and return costs. Money is refunded to the same account from which the purchase was made.

Final Provisions

These Purchase and Sale Rules are drawn up in accordance with EU laws and regulations. All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. If negotiations fail, all disputes are resolved by the European Consumer Centre (ECC).
